His son should become a landlord and need to lot of innovation in the field of agriculture and should be studied in Agricultural University. In current 21^st century scenario, his son profession altogether changed... He might be studied one of the Engineering or Science College and settled with new profession with new city.

Analyze about why forgot the family business and why the interest missing for continuing the family business even after if someone well settled in other field and who are all went to low profit profession and living in low lifestyle . Selling the assets for social status: Want to buy home/apartment/land in nearest town or where he/she is working in the city for some social status. It is not a pure social status. When he continues the family business and shows the results (profit), it is called real social status. Buy whatever you like based profit and not because of selling lands...

Circumstances: do not compare with other professional family guy. Keep the benchmark with other state and other country farmers. Improve the farming.
