1. Create a regular sync up with your stakeholders in periodically ( ex: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly…)
2. Keep the MOM ( Minutes of meetings ) in the same document or same email trail
3. Note down this are not going well. Share in the meeting. Point out with evidence which is not going good and find the action plan with timelines
4. Ask, ask; what we can improve as system; build up new process based on experience and past difficulties
5. Inform about if you are going to escalation with his/her boss
6. Share the MOM with your boss and his/her boss periodically.
