Last couple years, i am
regularly running a long distances and participated national &
international Half marathons events so far..
- It improves my thoughts and attitude
- It keeps my Health and body fitness is very Good and consistent
- It shows another world about people/place/hobbies and gives chance to visit new places
- it gives lot of friends who are in same mindset
- Makes me, more and more knowledge about Long distance running and share the benefit to friends & society
