It is odd and rare gift for who born and brought in village and study and work on metropolitan cities.
In India, someone born and brought in village their life go along with village environment. They rarely move to city, except for business or Government related work. It may very short term visit. They will back village home after the work.
In Another case, someone born and brought in town or city their life goes along with city and city related cultures. It is very occasionally go and stay in village. They may go to grandparents or relatives home during festival session. Some time they may stay in resorts for short period.
In both cases, that short stay may or may not bring the complete understand or experience of the life style for both environment.

Those points very much used by who got a chance to live both village and city. It can be called a Dual life.

Lot of medical facilities and advanced emergency care facilities are available to save the life. Around you people looks you to strangers. You may feel refugee. Unless you wake up and tell “Who am I “
It is up to individual to select and choose their life style.
